Before running a technical audit, check if your site meets these basic requirements.

Site is publicly accessible
Your site must be reachable from the internet, not behind a firewall or VPN.

HTTPS is configured
Most modern audits require HTTPS. If you only have HTTP, some checks may fail.

DNS is resolving
Your domain must point to a valid IP address.
✓
No maintenance mode
If your site is in maintenance mode, the audit will not see real content.
✓
Sitemap or robots.txt exists
Helps the auditor understand your site structure.
